"At the working place they started slowly with me which was good so that I had time to get used to the working routines and so on. They taught me how to use Galileo booking program which was very useful since I may need to use it even in Finland. My normal working day was making bookings and serving the customers. The biggest surprise was that there was no hurry ever to do anything and if there was a power cut we just stopped working and waited the electricity to come back."
