"Good thing was to realize that maybe one of them started to think changing his life. Wolfgang (the manager in Juvenile Jail) is very kind and wants to help in everything. He gives all the information you need. It is not good if there are too many volunteers at the same time. I liked to be alone so I could organize my weeks as I wanted without disturbance. I don’t like to be standing and just watching others. It is good to make plan for a week and do different things during days so boys wouldn’t get tired on doing the same things every day.
Take a little time on previous day to prepare things ready for the next day. Your day at work is maybe 4 hours so use the rest of your work time to do that at home."
