Indoitaliano is a small and cozy restaurant in Moshi centre. It was founded in 2000 and it has been one of the most popular restaurants in Moshi ever since.  The restaurant is especially popular among tourists. Indoitaliano serves Indian, Italian and continental food. There is space for 36 customers in the dining hall. The restaurant has 18 workers and there is one Indian chef who takes care of the Indian cuisine. Indoitaliano is open from 10 to 10 every day. Work is done in two shifts. If placed in Indoitaliano, trainees will be able to work in both shifts since there are different duties in the morning and in the evening.  The trainees need to have their own working clothes. Kitchen trainees need kitchen uniforms and waiter trainees need black and white waiter outfits.
